Tumbling Coach - all levels

If so, Tumble Smart Athletics may be the perfect fit for you! We’re seeking coaches who love to have fun while providing safe, high-quality instruction within a positive and encouraging environment.
Our Tumbling Coaches play a key role in creating a strong foundation of technique, fostering athlete confidence, and maintaining a supportive team atmosphere.
We’re currently seeking a part-time Tumbling Coach (2–10 hours per week) who can:
• Provide safe, progressive instruction to athletes of all ages and levels
• Encourage growth, discipline, and confidence in every athlete
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team members
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and uplifting gym culture
• Be available between 5:00–8:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday (occasional Saturday clinics)
Pay based on background and experience. Additional opportunities to supplement income through private lessons.

Program Coordinator

If so, Tumble Smart Athletics may be the perfect fit for you! We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about helping lead one of our program areas while carrying out our mission of excellence and growth.
Our Program Coordinators play a key role in maintaining consistency, communication, athlete development, and coach support within their designated area.
We’re currently seeking a part-time Program Coordinator (9+ hours per week) who can:
• Implement and uphold our program vision
• Communicate the value of our programs with confidence and clarity to parents
• Consistently train, mentor, and support our coaching staff
• Available evening hours between 4-8 PM on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
**Must have prior experience coaching, leading, or teaching**
