Waivers

Everyone participating in any activity at Tumble Smart Athletics must have a liability and release waiver signed by a legal adult, a parent, or legal guardian prior to being allowed to participate in classes, open tumbling, private lessons, or any other activity held at or by Tumble Smart Athletics.

All birthday party participants must have a completed liability and release waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating in any activities at Tumble Smart Athletics. Without a signed waiver, minors will not be permitted to take part in tumbling, jumping, bounce houses, or any other physical activities.
