Open tumbling sessions are a great opportunity to get in some extra reps, practice skills you're already able to do and work with other coaches outside of your normal class instructor.

Open tumblers are not a "free for all". There are coaches there to spot and instruct.

What ages and levels can attend?

All levels ages 7+

(Must have a current registration form/waiver on file to tumble. 

First time? Bring a parent/guardian in to fill out form before open tumbling.)

Wednesdays at 7:00-8:00pm

Saturdays at 1:00-2:00pm
