A non-refundable registration fee of $35 for the first tumbler and $10.00 for each additional tumbler is due upon enrolling and annually in May of each year after your first. Payments are monthly. Due to scheduling purposes, monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month for the current month. A $15 late fee is added on the 15th of the current month for any unpaid dues. Failure to pay by the 25th will result in your child being dropped from the class. New students will then be allowed to enroll and students who have been dropped will need to re-enroll into the next available class time. Current tuition will be available for payment on the 15th of the previous month. Tuition that has not been paid for by the 1st of the current month will be charged to credit card on file.  Failure to pay by the first, authorizes Tumble Smart to charge your credit card for the tuition amount at the time it is due.    

We require that you notify us at least 30 days prior to the end of the month you are wishing to cancel, in writing should you choose to cancel lessons. (Ex. Written cancellation for the end of December must be done BEFORE December 1st.) A withdrawal notice thirty (30) days in advance of our tumbler’s last class is required without exception. If your tumbler has not yet begun classes, please drop by or email to cancel the class(es) in which your tumbler was enrolled (for refund information, please see below). You may notify us in person by requesting a cancellation form, or by email (cnicksontsa@gmail.com). - All annual Family Registration Fees are non-refundable. - If you cancel class after the last day of the previous month or during a current month, no tuition will be refunded for that month. - Please Note: you are responsible for payment for you students classes whether or not your student attends class until the time you notify the staff via the withdrawal form/email. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know he/she will no longer be attending class. Finally, you are responsible for continuing to adhere to the COVID safety policy, even if this means a forfeiture of your tumbler’s lessons/tuition. I understand that in the event that my student or I have to be absent due to COVID, there will be NO REFUND available and the current makeup policy will apply.

In the event of a missed class throughout the week we want your child to be able to get their lesson in and for this reason we will be offering 3 free Make Up Classes per tumbler per quarter. Please honor the spirit of this privilege and use it only for illness or an occasional special event. Tumblers must be actively enrolled in weekly lessons to schedule a make up class. Make up classes must be scheduled 7 days in advance. Makeups are limited on times and space so they are available on a first come first serve basis. Your current teacher may not be available for the makeup class. Make up lessons have no cash value and are non transferrable to other tumblers or sessions. If unused, they expire at end of the quarter. It is imperative that you attend your scheduled make up. We do not offer make ups for make up classes.
